We try to stock all of the
products that we offer on our
website. All in-stock products
are shipped within 24-48 hours
(not including weekends or
holidays). Please note that
orders are processed Mon-Fri
and any order (including USPS
Express) received after
2PM (Eastern Standard Time) Friday will not be shipped
until the following Monday.
We can not guarantee exact
delivery times. For Express orders,
a signature is necessary at time
of delivery unless it is waived. If we do not have the item in
stock, you will receive another
e-mail informing you of this.
Products not in stock are
immediately ordered from our
supplier unless the product is
discontinued. Please allow 3-4 weeks
for delivery of those items not
in stock.
Domestic orders
All of our products are shipped
via the United States Postal
Service with Delivery
Confirmation. Once your order is
processed you should receive a
tracking number by email so you
can track the package. The average time
(not including Sundays or
holidays) it takes to receive
your order is:

Refunds & Exchanges
If you happen to receive a defective product, you can
exchange it within 30 days for
an identical product at no
charge. Unopened products may be
returned within 30 days for
credit minus 10% of the
purchased price and the amount
charged for shipping. Please
e-mail to inform us of your
intentions and then wait for a
response from us before
returning product. We will not
refund for products that have
been opened and viewed since
they are now considered used.
